Full Moon in Leo

This week’s build-up to the Leo Full Moon, sitting opposite a heavy Aquarius lineup, carries loud energy. Not necessarily bad, but definitely not subtle.

A Full Moon in Leo brings strong “see me” energy. Leo rules the heart, identity, expression, creativity, and ego, and full moons already amplify whatever they touch. Emotionally, this can feel dramatic or impossible to ignore. There may be a heightened desire for recognition or appreciation, old wounds around being unseen resurfacing, and a surge of creative urges or bold impulses. The energy is heart-forward, proud, vulnerable, and just a little theatrical.

The healthiest outlets for this are honest conversations, creative expression, allowing yourself to be seen instead of shrinking, and releasing old roles that no longer feel authentic. At the same time, it’s worth watching for overreactions, drama spirals, pride battles, or that emotional whiplash between wanting attention and wanting to be left alone.

Collectively, this energy can play out loudly, too. Public figures may act even bolder or more dramatically than usual, scandals or emotional statements could escalate quickly, and leaders may be challenged around ego, authenticity, or integrity. There’s a strong theme of people demanding to be seen and heard.

With multiple planets gathered in Aquarius on the opposite side, the word “uprising” comes to mind, Muse’s soundtrack feels fitting. And as if that weren’t enough, Neptune moves into Aries tomorrow. It’s a long transit, but still… it adds an edge that could make this an especially interesting week.
