It's been 6 months since I opened the Eleventh House! Whoa – where'd that go? I opened on the Leo new moon and a cycle is being completed so I'm reflecting on this time, the lessons I've learnt and how far I've come – so much gratitude for this.

If you're still carrying any heaviness from 2023 especially around July and August time this full moon invites you to release it.

Saturn the planet of responsibility, karma, hard work, maturity and self discipline goes direct today after 5 months in retrograde. This period may have felt like any work you've been putting in has been rewarding but delayed. You also may have experienced karmic lessons, this would be especially strong if you're a Pisces sun, moon or rising.

Just when you thought it all might calm down in the cosmos after crazy Lionsgate, we have Mercury going retrograde in Virgo and a full blue moon in Pisces to contend with this week and next!
Mercury will join 5 other planets in retrograde which means you might feel like you are getting nowhere fast or going over old ground/going around in circles especially within relationships that have already been challenging recently (due to that Venus retrograde) and now communication might be even more challenging too.

Welcome to the astrological new year, energy-wise this week is pretty huge. The new moon on Tuesday 21st March is at 0 degrees of Aries. Aries is one of the leaders of the zodiac and a Cardinal, along with Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. Energetically this is a great time to start something. The sun and moon will be in Aries on Tuesday and this, along with the spring equinox, will very much signify new beginnings.

So far February has been a brilliant month. I held a full moon circle for the Leo full moon at the wonderful Circle Healing Space in Wimborne with the beautiful Emma Sullivan. The circle consisted of some meditation, astrology and sound healing with crystal bowls and we all got to release the stuff that no longer serves us. I love Aquarian energy but then I would because it's my midheaven which means I subconsciously look to attain the qualities of Aquarius - they are the born humanitarians of the zodiac, the maverick, the rebel and the eccentric and it is ruled by Uranus the planet of radical change and the future.

Happy Winter Solstice, where exactly has 2022 gone? We are ascending as humanity and as we go through this massive surge in energy and consciousness, time is literally speeding up I'm sure of it. Winter solstice is a time for new beginnings and the light will start to slowly return.

Manifestation is not about wishing for the future, it's about being in a state of present consciousness. As Eckhart Tolle says in the ‘The Power of Now’ It's about appreciating the simple things and embracing high vibrational energies like love, joy and peace.

How you start your day is so important and if you start it by switching on the news you are beginning your day at a pretty low vibration. Even if it's just a habit and you're not really listening, you are still absorbing those lower-level frequencies.

I've been asked a couple of times lately about starting pendulum dowsing. This is just a physical way of listening to your gut/intuition and if you want to know the answer to ‘that’ question that's been bothering you then there's no better person to ask than your higher self!
